400 football tickets
Our Thanks to SMU for donating 100 tickets to 4 home football games. Over 50 North Texas foster families were able to take their foster children to a SMU football game this football season. This exposed the kids not only to a great football game but also to a college campus. Thank you SMU for this wonderful opportunity!
150 rodeo tickets
Over Thanksgiving weekend when many of our foster children were not able to spend the holidays with their family, the Mesquite Rodeo brought some healing to some foster children. They donated 150 Rodeo tickets for foster children to enjoy the rodeo during the Thanksgiving break. What a special treat! Thank you Mesquite Rodeo!
29 sets of infant crib bedding
Thanks to Marnie Rocks for donating crib bedding sets that she designed. The crib bedding is adorable and fun and would make any baby smile! The infant crib bedding was given to North Texas agencies and shelters that provide care for infants in the foster care system.
160 Nutcracker Tickets
Two weeks before Christmas over 140 foster children attend the Nutcracker Ballet at the Eisemann Center. For many foster children this was the first time for them to see the Nutcracker and for some the first time to see a Ballet. Thanks to the Academy of Dance Arts for this cultural opportunity.
85 Brahmas Hockey tickets for foster children and their families
First American Realty donated 45 tickets to a game in January and 40 tickets to a game in February. Foster families are excited to share a hockey game with their foster kids. Let’s Go Brahmas!
Purchasing Gifts for Foster Children this holiday Season
Republic Group Insurance called Wednesday’s Child Benefit Corporation and wanted to help out this Christmas Season. They are teaming up with a local Child Placing agency and buying 50 children Christmas Gifts. Thank you for making Christmas Brighter for 50 children this Holiday Season!
Hosted an amazing Christmas Party for 200 foster children at Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steak House.
Christmas came a few days early when the kids had the opportunity to visit over twenty different stations and pick out backpacks and books of their choice, decorate stockings, get new pajamas, indulge in dipping dots and a delicious lunch. The children and foster parents were overwhelmed with the generosity from Friedman and Feiger. A teenager thanked me for an amazing party for children his age! There were smiles and laughter all afternoon!
Employees at ASI spent a Saturday shopping for winter wear with our foster kids this holiday season. They donated money for many of our foster children who missed out on our Winter Hugs and Warms Souls Project this year. The kids and employees had a wonderful day shopping and our kids will be warm this winter season.

Thanks for feeding over 80 volunteers who were raising funds to provide year-long support for children in the foster care system in North Texas.
